Corporate Clients

In today's competitive markets, we understand the key to the advancement of any business is the attraction and retention of key employees who will make up the 'backbone' of the firm. Where skills are highly sought after and in short supply, the difference between a candidate accepting or rejecting a job offer can more often than not be down to the additional benefits offered by the firm.

Income Protection

Corporate imageIncome Protection Insurance (or Permanent Health as it is sometimes known) provides an income to your employee if they are off work for a prolonged period due to sickness or accident.

In a time of increasing costs associated with employee’s absence through sickness, a group PHI scheme allows you to provide continued care to your valued employees, whilst at the same time minimising the employer's costs.

Here at Hyde Park we constantly research the whole market place, so we are able to find a scheme that can be tailored to your company's exact needs

Private Medical

Private Medical Insurance is possibly one of the most important employee benefits; its provision can aid recruitment and retention of staff whilst promoting employee loyalty. Not only that, but if a member of your staff were to suffer an illness or injury, relying on the NHS could prove expensive in terms of the impact of sick pay and the costs of temporary staff.

Under these present conditions it is no wonder that more and more of our clients are turning to the protection offered by Group Private Medical Schemes. No business is too small for a Private Medical Scheme.

Death in Service

BriefcaseMany employees now come to expect life cover as an integral part of their benefits package.

Death in service cover is a form of life assurance which will pay out a fixed sum, normally calculated as a multiple of salary. The policy provides security for your employees' dependents and is tax efficient, as the sum assured is payable free of income tax.

As part of your employee benefits package, Hyde Park is able to find the most competitive product to meet your company's individual needs.

Pensions

Setting up the right pension scheme for your company can be a complex and time consuming task, with many options available. Hyde Park has extensive experience in setting up and running all types of occupational and group schemes. You will be assigned your own commercial adviser, who will be supported by a team of dedicated staff.

Stakeholder

SignatureStakeholder pension regulations came into force in April 2001 and have had important implications for employers and employees. All employers who have 'relevant' employees are required to offer them access to a stakeholder pension scheme, unless they are exempt. Failure to comply with these new regulations could lead to a fine of up to £50,000.

To see if you are required to set up a stakeholder pension plan for your employers, please use our enquiry form.

Hyde Park can guide you through the new stakeholder regulations, to ensure you not only meet all the Governments requirements, but also help you provide a comprehensive employee benefits package.
